And somethink like
collision = createCollision(posx1,posy1,posz1,posx2,posy2,posz2,posx3,posy3,posz3) could be cool
and
getElementsByType("collisions")
destroyElement(collision)
with function above ( dxDrawPolygon3d ) i can do awesome things

What would be the use case of this apart from drawing primitive triangles?

Because you won't be able to use it for rendering complex polygon strips due to bad performance.

It's possible to deform materialLine3d to act like a polygon. Use material3D_deform class in https://community.mtasa.com/index.php?p=resources&s=details&id=13314
