|Summary||0009502: [Request] setCameraMovementEnabled|
This function would provide us ability which could enable/disable player's camera movement. What this means is that if you would disable camera movement, a player wouldn't be able to rotate his camera.
I've seen that samp servers can do this already, so I suppose that it's possible to do.

And what prevents you from using setCameraMatrix(getCameraMatrix()) to introduce this function in Lua? You can use setCameraTarget to undo this effect (read more the wiki page of setCameraMatrix)
