|Summary||0008191: Frozen ped rotation goes wrong with latency reduction enabled|
If you spawn a ped and instantly freeze it, it's visible rotation will stick at 0, while the actual ( what getElementRotation returns ) is correct. Occurs as long as latency reduction is set to 1. Changing between 0 and 1 instantly changes the visible ped rotation.
