Summary0007568: Vertexshader fails on some objects.

Some objects are transformed to the screen with the default transformation matrices, disregarding the created HLSL .fx file.

These are textures without names, and often these are outlines of buildings, and shaders for vehicle windows.

I used

dxCreateShader(..., ..., ..., ..., "all") -- string elementTypes = "all"
engineApplyShaderToWorldTexture(..., "") -- string textureName = ""
