Summary0006468: Quick connect does not store the server IP if connection fails

Quick connect does not store the server IP (for later use) if you fail to connect to that server IP.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Enter a random IP in Quick Connect box
  2. Wait for a timeout
  3. Either choose another server/IP from the box or restart MTA and re-open the server browser.

Why should it? You just end up with quick connect spam in your history if you enter a load of incorrect addresses. It was actually coded this way intentionally.

BTW, I meant that it does not get stored in the input box. If you connect to another server from the list below, it gets overwritten by a previous IP from the history.

P.S. I did ask on IRC if it was meant to be this way and ccw told me to report this on Mantis, so I did.

I am thinking that the top history slot should contain the last typed in connection attempt.

That is a brilliant idea ccw - exactly what I had in mind when I was posting this.
