Summary | 0006247: Select GUI render targets
Description | How about being able to select a gui element as a render target, i.e. gui-window? Or create a gui-rendertarget out of a dx render target? Would be cool to have a way to use the gui's drawing order. Another idea would be to introduce "onClientGUIRender" and redirect all drawing calls to the gui's surface.

(: if GUI hasn't some needed features, you can create them using only dx drawing without GUI. Also you can create 'attach effect' for any GUI element and attach to it any drawing things |
|
It should be possible modify CEGUI to use dx textures (incl. render targets) as static images. |

will be nice |

If that keeps a decent performance, it would be cool. |
