setFloorDampLevel ( bool state, [float level = 1.0, bool carWheelWater = true)
Set the actual floor state, if damp (like in rain weather, to true) or normal (to false).
Level : set the damp level.
carWheelWater: lol well I didn't have a better name, it will set if the car ehmm launches smoke behind.

Functions like this are not arbitrary, don't create weird psuedo-functions with weird parameters.
Ah-em, sorry. I think it's just a boolean internally regarding slipperiness, and some other stuff related to vehicle properties.
Humm it's not weird... well I think my languaje for this sucks, but just I want to set if the floor has the water effect like in rain...

you can imitate damp floor for vehicle by using handling functions
