Summary0005292: setPed/ElementRotation on the local player doesn't work during an animation

Used to work just fine until the latest 1.0.4 untested build.

Summary basically explains all. If the player isn't performing an animation, both setPedRotation and setElementRotation work just fine.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Start parachute resource
  2. Give yourself a parachute
  3. Jump down
  4. Find out that you can't steer
  5. Try to mess with setPedRotation / setElementRotation in runcode
  6. Open your parachute
  7. Repeat 4 & 5
  8. Land somewhere you don't want to land
Additional Information

The Superman resource is affected by this bug as well. It's not that you can't steer, but the player just doesn't rotate.

While using superman, I rarely found myself unable to rotate even without that. Dunno why.
