Summary0005129: getElementsWithinColshape is buggy if you move the colshape position server or client side

getElementsWithinColshape () is buggy if you move the colshape position server side it almost becomes 2 colshapes

Steps To Reproduce

create a colshape server side
create an object within that colshape
create a vehicle elsewhere
move the colshape to the vehicle location

use getElementsWithinColshape ()

it will return the object and the vehicle, even though the object should no longer be within the colshape.

Additional Information

if you create a colshape and then update its position server side
and then use getElementsWithinColshape

it returns vehicle elements from where the colshape has moved to
but it will only return objects from the colshapes original location

it does it in 1.0.1 and 1.0.2

if you put an object in the colshapes original location it doesnt matter where the colshape is moved to, itll always return that object from its original spot

so its almost like having 2 colshapes
one in the original spot and one that moves
both returning elements withing them

i havnt tested all the other elements
but id bet other elements have the same problem
