Summary0004214: Setting the dimension of an icon'd blip will cause it to dissappear for ever on f11 map
Description

Setting the dimension if an icon'd blip (anything except 0) causes it to dissappear forever on the f11 map. Even if you restore the dimension of the blip to 0, or set the player's dimension to match the blip's, it still wont appear on the f11 map.

Happens both client and serverside

Steps To Reproduce

run loadstring('l = createBlip(0,0,0,52)')()
run setElementDimension(l,1)
run setElementDimension(l,0)
---The blip will not appear

OR

run loadstring('l = createBlip(0,0,0,52)')()
run setElementDimension(l,1)
run setElementDimension(getRandomPlayer(),1)
---You will not see the blip

Interestingly, using
setElementVisibleTo ( l, getRootElement(), false )
setElementVisibleTo ( l, getRootElement(), true )
makes it appear again.

This tells me the m_bIsVisible flag might be playing up (though i see no evidence of SetDimension altering this flag).
