Summary0003426: Add ability to freeze automatic clock advancement for realtime
Description

I have heard this request a few times. Some RPG servers want more (or totally) realistic time. Currently there is no way to emulate this. Constantly setting the clock and changing it over a realistic time span results in flicking sky (not just onClientRender, anything less than 1000ms, which is required to stop the visual changing of the clock, will still do it).

Any scheme to somehow set time over short periods is easily foiled by light changes, especially in day-night-day hours.
