Summary0002541: Paintjob 4 applies random textures to cars
Description

When paintjob 4 is applied to a vehicle that has paintjobs, a seemingly random texture is applied to it. Depending on the current player clothes this may be the CJ face, another face or a completely other texture. Changing the hair style (maybe other clothes types too) changes the texture of all cars with the paintjob. The paintjob also becomes desynced.

Also, the function seems to almost always succeed for paintjob ID values smaller than 5, even if there exists no such paintjob for the car it is applied to. This makes it difficult to detect existing paintjobs for a given car (as there is no getVehicleCompatiblePaintjobs function).

Way to reproduce: start fr, create a savanna, enter it, /setpaintjob 4

I dont think theres a valid paintjob id above 3, so limited setVehiclePaintjob.
A list of valid paintjobs needs to be hardcoded, but its hardly a priority.
