|Target Version||Fixed in Version||mtasadm_v1.0-dp1|
|Summary||0002084: setVehicleFrozen - vehicles don't unfreeze until streamed in|
Using the client-side function, most of the time when you unfreeze a frozen vehicle, it actually remains frozen until you stream it out and stream it in.
|Steps To Reproduce|
To test, use 'editor_main' to drag a dumper and place it on the ground (to unfreeze it). It's wheels will be stuck in the ground. Move the camera away from the area, then stream it back in and the dumper will pop up, no longer frozen.

This doesn't seem to be fixed.
Plus, frozen vehicles now fall out of the sky on stream-in, and some don't remain frozen even if you don't stream them out. If there is no good fix for this, then it should be reverted back.
Shouldnt of been fixed til todays build (last night), it does the exact same as the server function now.
