Summary	0006607: Server-specific clientside chatbox layout settings
Description	The idea is to allow servers to force chatbox layouts for clients. With some new settings: • Altering chatbox position (abs/rel) • Change text-direction (running up/down) • Change input area position (up/down) • Partial fading of lines (half-transparent older messages, smoothly fading a bit, quite trivial but would still make it look better)
