Summary0005663: togglePlayerCrosshair - Enables/Disables crosshair for weapons
Description

This function will be used for roleplay servers to add more realism in shooting, since having a crosshair is quite simple, maybe too simple.

Usage: togglePlayerCrosshair (<theplayer>, <weapon name/all weapons>, <true/false>)

<theplayer> - the specified player
<weapon name> - if you want to disable just for a weapon or use "all" for all weapons
<true/false> - show enabled or disabled

Toggling just crosshair drawing should be very easy to implement.

0x58E020 - DrawCrosshairs func
0x58FBBF - Call DrawCrosshairs (NOP 5 bytes)

Noping this function it should remove ONLY the crosshairs and nothing more instead.
