I meant the background shooting sounds in sa. |

I have noticed that sometimes when I alt-tab from the game I constantly here these background shooting noises and they sound like they are really close up. But when I alt-tab back in its gone. |

This could be pretty useful if it also included something like: createAmbientShot(x, y, z, type, volume) |

I personally recommend to use this, so you don't have to create everywhere sounds when it's disabled by default: Besides that, the function mentioned by JacobS is really useful indeed, especially for some nice effects to deathmatch modes. Though I would recommand this name, for using non-shooting sounds too: |
